Who We Are

Established in 2019, Third Period Capital is an investment manager that owns shares in high quality, publicly-traded global businesses with unique and supportive corporate culture.

“Culture is one of the most consequential drivers of organizational performance – and one of the most neglected.  I’m excited that Third Period Capital will be breaking new ground in making culture a real priority in investments.” - Adam Grant, Ph.D., Organizational Psychologist at Wharton, Third Period Capital Advisor and Partner, January 2020

Our Strategy

Our strategy is purposefully differentiated and governed by four tenets: to target growth industries, identify companies with expanding competitive advantage, understand corporate culture and confirm that it will aid growth, and patiently hold shares for many years.

Our Values

Third Period Capital is:

Hungry. To learn and to grow.

Humble.  Open-minded to what is and what can be.

Kind.  Because happy teams make better decisions.
